has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "PENASCO" and insert in lieu thereof "CHIMAYO". 

     2. On page 2, lines 19 and 20, strike "between Espanola and Penasco" and insert in lieu thereof the following:

"from its junction with New Mexico state road 68 in the city of Espanola to its junction with New Mexico state road 503 in the village of Chimayo".
