    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 394

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 14, after "REQUIRING", insert "CERTAIN BOUNDARIES FOR THE LOCATION OF".

    2. On page 1, line 15, after "BE", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 16 through "GOVERNMENTS" and insert in lieu thereof "ACQUIRED BY MUNICIPALITIES OR COUNTIES".

    3. On page 2, lines 23 and 24, strike "a local government in".

    4. On page 8, line 14, after "within", insert "an area that does not extend beyond fifteen miles outside of".

    5. On page 8, line 14, strike "boundaries" and insert in lieu thereof "corporate limits".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
