 FOR SENATE BILL 381

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 19, strike "Notwithstanding department rule, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

     2. On page 3, lines 5 through 7, strike "regarding daily inspections of the vehicle by the driver and biannual safety inspections of the vehicle by a third party" and insert in lieu thereof "to provide for the safety of students transported in a sport utility vehicle pursuant to this section".
