SENATE BILL 374

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, lines 2 and 3, strike "sustainability, tracking, assessment and rating" and insert in lieu thereof "student-teacher accountability reporting".

    2. On page 3, line 3, after the period, insert "The requirements of this subsection do not apply to a private or religious school.".

    3. On page 4, line 25 through page 5, line 14, strike Subsection A in its entirety.

    4. On page 5, line 15, strike the subsection designation "B.".
