SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 354

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, after "meeting", strike the remainder of the line and on line 13, strike "members present".

    2. On page 3, line 15, after the comma, strike "a quorum of its members" and insert in lieu thereof "it".

    3. On page 3, lines 23 through 25 and on page 4, lines 1 and 2, strike Subsection D in its entirety.

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    5. On page 4, line 8, strike "As resources allow, the" and insert in lieu thereof "The".

    6. On page 4, line 9, strike "are" and insert in lieu thereof "shall include".
