SENATE BILL 349

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 1, after the comma, remove the line- through and strike "it" and insert in lieu thereof "It".

     2. On page 2, lines 2 through 4, remove the line-through and the bracket.

     3. On page 2, line 2, before "allow", insert "willfully".

     4. On page 2, line 5, remove the beginning bracket and the line through "at large".

     5. On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "on the lands of another".
