has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "not".

    3. On page 1, line 25, strike "any other" and insert in lieu thereof "the general".

    4. On page 2, line 2, strike "appropriated" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature".
