SENATE BILL 282
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 12, strike "; ESTABLISHING DAMAGES".
2. On page 1, line 23, after "(2)", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety.
3. On page 2, line 1, strike "practitioner,".
4. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "comprehensive, medically accurate".
5. On pages 2 and 3, strike Subsections B and C in their entirety and reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
6. On page 3, line 22, after the semicolon, insert "and" and strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety.
7. On page 4, strike lines 1 through 7 in their entirety and renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.
