SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 177, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, between lines 11 and 12 insert the following new paragraph: “(14) intractable nausea/vomiting”.

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
