SENATE BILL 149
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 11, after "OF", insert "CERTAIN".
2. On page 1, line 12, after "CRIMES", insert "; CLARIFYING AN EXCEPTION TO THE INSPECTION OF PUBLIC RECORDS ACT".
3. On page 2, line 2, before "law", insert "portions of".
4. On page 2, line 7, after "or", insert "non-law-enforcement".
5. On page 2, line 8, after the colon, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 9 through 12 in their entirety and strike line 13 through the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "1) assault with intent to commit a violent felony pursuant to Section 30-3-3 NMSA 1978 when the violent felony is criminal sexual penetration; 2) assault against a household member with intent to commit a violent felony pursuant to Section 30-3-14 NMSA 1978 when the violent felony is criminal sexual penetration;".
6. Renumber the succeeding items accordingly.
7. On page 2, line 23, after the semicolon, insert "provided that the presence of such information on a law enforcement record does not exempt the record from inspection;".
8. On page 3, line 10, before "law", insert "federal" and after "law", insert ", the constitution of New Mexico, statute or court rule".
