    Your HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 148, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 20, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

     2. On page 4, line 22, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "two".

     3. On page 6, line 4, after "diabetes", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 5 up to the period.

     4. On page 11, line 4, after "department", strike the remainder of the line.

     5. On page 11, line 5, strike "or monetary relief,",

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
