Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE BILL 148, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 3, line 9, after "TRAINING", insert "--IMMUNITY".
2. On page 5, line 23, after the period, insert:
"No health care practitioner, school employee, school nurse, school or governing body shall be subject to disciplinary action under professional licensing regulations or school disciplinary policies as a result of the activities authorized by the Student Diabetes Management Act when these acts are committed as an ordinarily reasonably prudent person would have acted under the same or similar circumstances.".
