    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 113

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 20 and 21, strike "twenty-two million dollars ($22,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "eight million dollars ($8,000,000)".

    2. On page 5, line 8, strike "FUND AND OTHER ACCOUNT TRANSFERS--" and insert in lieu thereof "FISCAL YEAR 2017".

    3. On page 7, line 8, strike "six million dollars ($6,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "ten million dollars ($10,000,000)".

    4. On page 9, line 7, after the semicolon, strike "and".

    5. On page 9, line 9, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    6. On page 9, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new subsection:

         "EE. two million twenty-three thousand four hundred dollars ($2,023,400) from the natural resources trustee fund.".
