SENATE BILL 110, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 11, line 23, strike “taxed” and insert in lieu thereof “ordered”.,

and thence referred to the TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC WORKS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE.
