has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike "THOUGH" and insert in lieu thereof "THROUGH".

    2. On page 1, line 24, strike "FROM" and insert in lieu thereof "FOR".

    3. On page 2, line 9, strike "the Insurance Code" and insert in lieu thereof "Chapter 59A, Article 13 NMSA 1978".

    4. On page 10, lines 12 and 13, strike ", temporary or otherwise,".

    5. On page 12, line 16, strike "are currently licensed and" and insert in lieu thereof "have fulfilled all licensing requirements in their home state and are".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
