    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

     SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 77

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, after the dash, strike the remainder of the line.

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "any time before or thereafter, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike "or hold" and strike "responsible".

    4. On page 2, strike line 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "a fee related".

    5. On page 2, line 3, after "to", strike the comma.

    6. On page 2, line 4, strike Subsection A in its entirety.

    7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    8. On page 2, between lines 9 and 10, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 3. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act:

         A. apply to any contract executed or renewed on or after June 16, 2017; and

         B. shall not be construed to affect the terms of a contract entered into or renewed before June 16, 2017.".
