SENATE BILL 30, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "2019" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".

     2. On page 1, line 13, strike "2022" and insert in lieu thereof "2023".

     3. On page 4, line 24, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "For fiscal year 2018, the".

     4. On page 5, lines 2 through 4, remove all brackets and line-through and strike all underscored language.

     5. On page 5, line 5, after the period, insert:

     "For fiscal year 2019 and subsequent fiscal years, the total program units for the purpose of computing the program cost shall be calculated by multiplying the sum of the program units itemized as Paragraphs (1) and (2) of this subsection by the staffing cost multiplier and adding the program units itemized as Paragraphs (3) through (14) of this subsection.".
