HOUSE BILL 484

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 1 and 2, strike “Every school district in which Indian students are enrolled is” and insert in lieu thereof “Historically defined Indian impacted school districts are”.

     2. On page 3, line 10, strike "Every school", strike line 11 in its entirety and strike line 12 through "students" and insert in lieu thereof "Historically defined Indian impacted school districts".
