has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF "ARSON";".

     2. On page 1, line 20, strike the comma and remove the brackets and line-through.

     3. On page 1, line 21, strike "or unlawfully".

     4. On page 1, line 22, strike "or aiding or counseling in the burning of property".

     5. On page 2, lines 22 through 25, strike Subsection G in its entirety.

     6. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     7. On page 3, line 19, before "woods", insert "agricultural products,".

     8. On page 3, line 25, remove the brackets and line-through, strike the comma and strike "or unlawful".

     9. On page 4, line 1, remove the brackets and the line through "or", strike the comma and strike "or unlawful".

     10. On page 4, lines 11 through 13, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety.

     11. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     12. On page 4, line 15, after "of", insert "felony".
