    2. On page 1, line 11, strike "AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF "ARSON";".

    3. On page 1, lines 12 through 14, strike "; INCORPORATING THE COST OF FIRE SUPPRESSION INTO THE CALCULATION OF LOSS ATTRIBUTED TO ARSON".

    4. On page 1, line 20, strike the comma and remove the brackets and line-through.

    5. On page 1, line 21, strike the first occurrence of "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

    6. On page 1, line 22, strike "or aiding or counseling in the burning of property".

    7. On page 1, line 24, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof ", agricultural product or other".

    8. On page 2, lines 22 through 25, strike Subsection G in its entirety.

    9. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    10. On page 3, line 24, strike "the".

    11. On page 3, strike line 25 through "unlawful" and insert in lieu thereof "a person maliciously or willfully and unlawfully".

    12. On page 4, line 1, after the first occurrence of "or", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "maliciously or willfully and unlawfully".

    13. On page 4, lines 11 through 13, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety.

    14. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    15. On page 4, line 15, after "of", insert "felony".
