has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 24, strike "daycare" and insert in lieu thereof "child development programs".

     2. On page 3, line 15, strike "daycare" and insert in lieu thereof "child development program".

     3. On page 4, line 14, strike "daycare" and insert in lieu thereof "child development programs".

     4. On page 7, line 7, strike "daycare" and insert in lieu thereof "child development program".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
