AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE TO SUPPLEMENT COUNTIES PROVIDING MINORITY-LANGUAGE RADIO SERVICES TO MINORITY-LANGUAGE-SPEAKING VOTERS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the secretary of state for expenditure in fiscal years 2018 and 2019 to supplement counties providing minority-language radio services to minority-language-speaking voters. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
