    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 351

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after "SCHEDULING", insert "A PRESCRIPTION DRUG CONTAINING".

     2. On page 14, lines 11 and 12, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

                "(3) a prescription drug approved by the federal food and drug administration that contains cannabidiol.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
