     1. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "who has passed" and insert in lieu thereof "or owner who has qualified by passing".

     2. On page 2, line 12, before "LP", insert "bureau with respect to the".

     3. On page 2, line 13, before "in", insert "and LNG".
