    Your STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 278

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, strike the second semicolon, insert in lieu thereof a period and strike lines 16 and 17. 

     2. On page 8, line 20, strike "at least thirty days prior to" and insert in lieu thereof "within thirty days before or after".

     3. On page 8, line 22, strike "its intent to enter into an" and insert in lieu thereof "the".

     4. On page 9, lines 21 through 23, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

     5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC WORKS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE.
