HOUSE STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

 HOUSE BILL 224

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "REGISTERED

WITH THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO".

     2. On page 1, line 20, after "that", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 21 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "is registered with the state of New Mexico as a nonprofit".

     3. On page 2, line 8, strike "in good faith" and insert in lieu thereof "with reasonable and ordinary care".

     4. On page 2, lines 9 and 10, strike "official functions and duties with" and insert in lieu thereof "approved service to".

     5. On page 2, line 16, after the second occurrence of "the", insert "reckless,".
