    1. On page 1, line 20, through page 2, line 4, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 22, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    4. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety.

    5. On page 6, line 2, strike "4" and insert in lieu thereof "3".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
