    Your TRANSPORTATION, PUBLIC WORKS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 188

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 15, after the semicolon, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 16 and strike line 17 through the semicolon.

     2. On page 23, line 21, remove the brackets and the line through "professional engineer" and strike the underscored language.

     3. On pages 38 and 39, strike Section 20 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
