HOUSE BILL 188

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 37, lines 5 and 6, remove the brackets and the line through "except in the instance of remonumentation".

     2. On page 37, line 7, after "surveys", insert a comma.

     3. On page 37, lines 7 and 8, remove the brackets and the line through "within sixty calendar days of the completion of the survey".
