    1. On page 1, line 13, after “CLAIM”, insert a period and strike the remainder of the line.

    2. On page 3, line 19 through page 4, line 3, strike Section 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
