HOUSE BILL 87, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Health and Human Services Committee Amendment 4.

     2. On page 4, line 21, strike “exclusively”.

     3. On page 5, line 8, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

     4. On page 5, line 9, after "section", insert ", the New Mexico coalition for healthcare value, the American diabetes association of New Mexico community leadership board, each of the managed health care organizations providing coverage to medicaid recipients and the medical communities engaged in providing diabetes care and education".
