HOUSE BILL 86

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 5, strike “related within a third

degree of consanguity or affinity to” and insert in lieu thereof “the spouse of or is by blood, marriage or legal adoption a parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, child, grandchild, great-grandchild, brother, sister, niece, nephew, aunt or uncle, or is living in the household of”

2. On page 4, line 10, strike "a salaried" and insert in

lieu thereof "an individual who is an".

     3. On page 4, line 11, after "state", insert "and".

     4. On page 4, line 15, strike “related within a third degree of consanguity or affinity to” and insert in lieu thereof “the spouse of or is by blood, marriage or legal adoption a parent, grandparent, great-grandparent, child, grandchild, great-grandchild, brother, sister, niece, nephew, aunt

or uncle, or is living in the household of”.
