has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, strike “transmission speeds of a”.

     2. On page 2, strike line 3 in its entirety.

     3. On page 2, line 4, strike “megabit per second of upload speed”, and insert in lieu thereof “current FCC minimum speed requests”.,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
