HOUSE BILL 42

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 9, line 11, remove the brackets and line-through

and strike "may".

     2. On page 15, line 4, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".
