has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, after "PRODUCT", insert "CONTAINING A SYNTHETIC DRUG".

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike ", including" and insert in lieu thereof "that contains".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike the comma.

     4. On page 2, line 1, after "product", insert "containing a synthetic drug".

    5. On page 2, line 16, strike “dispense,”.

and thence referred to the CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
