    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 16

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "ELIMINATE" and insert in lieu thereof "EXTEND".

    2. On page 2, line 10, after the period, insert:

     "County sheriffs, after having served three consecutive four-year terms, shall be ineligible to hold any county office for two years thereafter.".
