has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, after "PROGRAM", strike "OR" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    2. On page 1, line 17, before the period, insert "OR PUBLIC EDUCATION".

    3. On page 2, line 6, after "program", strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "programs", insert "or public education".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
