    1. On page 1, lines 11 through 13, strike "URGING THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OR THE PUBLIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT TO NAME AN EDUCATION BUILDING IN LAS VEGAS, NEW MEXICO, AFTER RAY LEGER" and insert in lieu thereof "HIS ACCOMPLISHMENTS".
