    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after "FISH", insert "AND THE NEW

MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE".

    2. On page 3, line 17, strike "as lead agency" and insert in

lieu thereof "and the New Mexico department of agriculture as lead

agencies" and after "with", insert "the department of environment;

the cultural affairs department; the cooperative extension service

of New Mexico state university;".

    3. On page 4, strike lines 1 through 4 in their entirety.

    4. On page 4, line 6, after the semicolon, insert "the

department of environment; the cultural affairs department; the New

Mexico department of agriculture; the cooperative extension service

of New Mexico state university;".
