MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO AND DRAINAGE OF MCKINLEY COUNTY ROAD 37 BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY 491 AND RED WILLOW FARM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2017 to fund improvements to and drainage of McKinley county road 37 between state highway 491 and Red Willow farm. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2017 shall revert to the general fund.
