SENATE BILL 262

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, after "LIABILITY", insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

    2. On page 10, after line 14, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 5. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.",

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
