SENATE BILL 173, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendments 1, 2 and 3.

    2. On pages 1 through 3, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. On page 3, line 12, after "The", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and on line 14, strike "Interstate Mining Compact Act, the".

    4. On pages 4 and 5, strike Section 6 in its entirety.

    5. Renumber sections to correspond with these amendments.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
