has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, after "year", insert "; provided a school shall ensure that each student has the opportunity to be provided breakfast after the beginning of the instructional day if the student was unable to eat breakfast prior to the beginning of the instructional day".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
