has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 2, line 22, after "receives a" insert "written".

    2. On page 5, line 13, strike "or".

    3. On page 5, line 16, after the semicolon, insert "or".

    4. On page 5, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following new subparagraph:

                  "(g) a practicing physical therapist licensed pursuant to the Physical Therapy Act;".

    5. On page 10, line 4, strike "or".

    6. On page 10, line 7, after the semicolon, insert "or".

    7. On page 10, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subparagraph:

                  "(g) a practicing physical therapist licensed pursuant to the provisions of the Physical Therapy Act;".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
