SENATE BILL 108

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 19, line 22, strike "health" and insert in lieu thereof "disability".

    2. On page 20, before line 1, insert the following new subsection:

         "H. excess or stop loss;".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    4. On page 80, line 8, strike "health" and insert in lieu thereof "disability".

    5. On page 80, line 10, strike "individual policies" and insert in lieu thereof "a master, corporate, group or individual policy".

    6. On page 80, line 12, strike "health" and insert in lieu thereof "disability".

    7. On page 81, line 5, after the period, insert a closing quotation mark and strike lines 6 through 8 in their entirety.

    8. On page 134, line 21, strike the first comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and strike "and 59A-12B-3".

    9. On page 134, line 24, strike the first comma and insert in lieu thereof "and".

    10. On page 134, lines 24 and 25, strike "and Laws 1993, Chapter 320, Section 29".
