    1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 1, line 21, strike "34" and insert in lieu thereof "14E, 24, 24A and 31".

    3. On page 2, line 4, after "States", insert "that has met the minimal licensing requirements that are substantially equivalent to the licensing requirements for the occupational or professional license the applicant applies for pursuant to Chapter 61, Articles 2 through 14E, 24, 24A and 31 NMSA 1978".

    4. On page 2, line 11, strike "34" and "insert in lieu thereof "14E, 24, 24A and 31".
