    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 81

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "seven-year" and insert in lieu thereof "four-year".

    3. On page 2, line 3, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and" and strike "and social skills" and strike line 4 up to the period.

    4. On page 3, line 1, after "project", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof ", and the department shall give priority to those public schools that".

    5. On page 3, line 2, after "program", strike the remainder of the line.

    6. On page 3, line 3, strike the first occurrence of "project".

    7. On page 3, line 4, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 5 through 7 in their entirety.

    8. On page 4, line 22, strike "and formative".             

    9. On pages 5 and 6, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

    10. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
