has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "2010" and insert in lieu thereof "THE MOST RECENT".

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "or otherwise authorized".

    3. On page 2, line 1, strike "2010" and insert in lieu thereof "most recent".

    4. On page 2, line 2, after "adopted", insert "or amended".

    5. On page 2, lines 5 through 24, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
