has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 14, strike the semicolon and "DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

2. On page 2, line 2, after the period, insert:

"The searchable listing shall also include the line-item vetoes by the governor by project and requesting legislator.".

3. On page 2, lines 8 and 9, strike Section 2 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"SECTION 2. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act apply to the 2017 and subsequent legislative sessions.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
