has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike "CERTAIN" and insert in lieu thereof "A CONTRACTING AGENCY'S".

    2. On page 4, line 4, after "contracts", insert ", regardless of whether those contracts were awarded pursuant to a competitive process,".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
